Online check-in, reducing contacts between guests and staff
You can send us a copy of your identity card before your arrival in order to accelerate the registration process and help us to decrease the number of direct contacts. The reception desk is equipped with a plexiglass protection to help you to keep social distance during check-in and check-out.
Free cancellation within 3 days before arrival, booking without surprises
Recognising the ongoing uncertainty due to Covid-19, we understand that you may have to change your travel plans. For this reason we remind you that our customers have the possibility to book their holiday with free cancellation up to three days before arrival. In addition, both in the offer and in the booking confirmation you will find a transparent cancellation policy that help you avoid surprises.
Apartments with kitchenette and lake view
Residence Ca’ del Lago's apartments have their own kitchenette and hand sanitizer.
Common spaces have been rearranged according to the new requirements. In this way you can always enjoy the garden, the swimming pool, as well as all the other common areas of the Residence. The sauna and gym can be booked for individual use and beyond the routine cleaning, other disinfection treatments against Covid-19 are periodically carried out in the apartments and common areas.

For safety reasons and to reduce contacts between our guests, breakfast buffet has been eliminated. Breakfast will be served at the table, making your holiday even more relaxing. Our Panorama Lounge is open, with a wide selection of snacks, salads, ice cream and aperitifs with view over Lake Garda.
