Summer is one of the most appreciated seasons for holidays on Lake Garda, the mild climate makes your stay pleasant even on the hottest days. However, sometimes the heat can be stronger than usual and, for this reason, harder to deal with. Here’s our tips to take advantage of even the hottest day and get the best from your summer holiday.

Swim in Lake Garda, an incredible natural pool!

The lake is a real source of freshness, which regenerates body and mind. The charming free beaches of Torri del Benaco are only a few minutes walk from Residence Cà del Lago. But if you prefer an equipped beach, our recommendation is Baia delle Sirene in San Vigilio (5 minutes driving), which will give you peaceful and relaxed moments under the shade of its olive trees.

Swimming Pool and Panorama Lounge

If the lake regenerates body and mind thanks to its crystal clear waters and amazing views, also the swimming pool in our residence is not far behind. With its view on the lake, it’s the perfect place for a day of pure relaxation. Here you will be able to switch between refreshing dips in the pool and snacks and aperitifs, made with care from the staff of our Panorama Lounge.

Do you know that feeling of the wind in the hair? At the Torri bike shop you can rent an ebike to ride uphill without much effort and to discover the surroundings of Torri del Benaco.  At the bike shop in town you will be able to find bikes for all your requirements and, thanks to our collaboration with them, our reception will be happy help you out with the rental.

Lake tours

Another good alternative is to go straight in the middle of the lake with a motorboat. A funny way to spend an afternoon or an entire day. If you prefer a guided tour, there are several agencies organising different boat tours. Also in this case our reception will be happy to help you out with the booking and giving you every information you need.
